Train-the-Trainer Program

Our Train-the-Trainer program allows us to utilize your internal training team to facilitate our content.

Companies that have to train larger numbers of employees throughout the year—especially when trainees are in multiple locations—will need to be able to roll out training on their terms. Having to rely on external trainers might prove challenging at times. Therefore, we will certify your training staff so that they can train this as often as or whenever it is needed.

Working with your Internal Training Staff

Do you want to have your own training staff deliver our content?

There may be a number of good reasons why you may want to have your own internal trainers facilitate our training content, including:

You may need to train multiple classes concurrently and you want the flexibility of not having to coordinate the scheduling of external trainers
You want to be able to train the content whenever it is needed, not when it is convenient for an external organization
You want someone familiar with your corporate culture to provide training

What we do...

As part of our “Train-the-Trainer” program we will do some of the following:

Provide full access to the training material:
We will forward all relevant training content with instructor notes to your trainers
Meet with your trainer(s) to go over specific instructions:
We will go over some of the following:
- Learning objectives
- Learning activities that are part of the training
- Delivery methods
- Timing
- Additional materials needed
- Specific considerations that trainers need to be aware of
Collaborate with your team to make specific accommodations for your needs:
When necessary, we will make adjustments based on feedback from your trainers. This could include adding or changing proposed learning activities. At the end of the day, you know your team better than anyone else!
Be available pre-training:
We want to ensure your trainers are fully comfortable with the material and confident in delivering it as intended. We will be available leading to the delivery of the training to answer questions and provide guidance.
We certify your trainer(s):
When your training staff delivers the training for the first time, we typically are in silent attendance to ensure everything goes as intended and to provide feedback. Upon completion of the training, we typically certify your trainers in the specific material.

Note: When a trainer is initially certified to teach our content, he/she is deemed certified for all other related training content that with the exception of our sales training program, which requires a separate certification.
