Live Training vs. Online Training
A lot of our clients wonder if it still makes sense to hold large training classes (in person or via web conferencing) to get their new sales agents ready to be productive and successful members of the team or whether to rely on more individual learning paths delivered via eLearning modules.

With “blended learning” we combine the benefits of live instructor-led training with an online component which learners can complete individually on their time.
Benefits:
Learners can spend as much time as they need with online instructional content until they master the material. Frequent touch points with a live-instructor can reinforce learning. This can be done through one-on-one sessions to support online learning as well as group learning activities to further provide learning opportunities. This is especially helpful to have discussions about the content learners have gone through on their own. Also, learning activities (such as role plays) can then be incorporated into live sessions.
